I already have two of these dog gates so I was confident that they would be fit for purpose.
This gate is a new design and I feel it’s much stronger than my current gates. The new design is far superior and the gate has a feel of quality not achieved with my older indoor dog gates. The colour choice was fantastic as most dog gates are white.
The gate was easy to install, it came with a comprehensive booklet on how to put it together (a child could do it) and templates for where to make the holes on the walls or doorframe. If you have a cavity wall you’ll need wall plugs, but to be honest I fit mine to the doorframe as it’s easier to install and makes less mess.
I have three dogs, two working Cocker Spaniels who pound the old gates numerous times a day and a large German Shepherd and the old gates have been in situ for five years with no problems, so I have every confidence the new gate will survive the pack.
