My Jack Russell will do anything for these lovely bits of dried liver. He likes them better than anything else, and as he is on a low fat diet (dodgy gallbladder) these are just right. They are quite expensive, but a 500g tub is also available, which works out much cheaper. The chunks vary in size, but it is possible to break up any that are a bit big. Much easier than cooking/drying the liver from raw, which for me has never resulted in the nice clean dry product that this is. Smells quite nice too, and you can stick a few bits in your pocket or bag without getting too niffy.
