It's probably a combination, but their coats are soft and shiny they have more energy my eldest thinks she's a 2 year old.this food is the icing on the cake and makes their whole diet complete. Although I have tried the lamb and that gets a bit stinky so I stick to this one and chicken . Your dog can't choose what you give her to eat ,so it is up to us to make sure they have the best we can give
