UPDATE: (August) Just returned from 2-week camping holiday, very hot weather, the 'Bistro' lasted a week before needing to be refilled. Water stayed fresh and cool (placed in the shade). Now planning to buy another one for use at home.

Bought this item to avoid the continually refil our dogs water bowl. Apart from initial hesitation of somehting new our dog has no issues with the new bowl - and it is easily refilled by me (the bottle is a bit heavy for my wife when over half full)
