Poor quality
Not happy with this product, poor weak quality, handle keeps coming off as not secured it just clips on, the peg that holds the door is weak, my cat almost pushed his way out of it whilst travelling, very disappointed. Will not purchase from this company again
Awful.
Very unhappy with the quality. The door is flimsy, and not made of the same coated wire as the rest of the carrier. A cat could easily escape from it, as the top half of the door just bends outwards, with no effort at all. The rod for 'securing' the door, is also very lightweight. The handle is soft plastic, and clips on by the means of two built in hooks either end of it. Not much good when you have the weight of a cat in it. I've sent it back for a refund.
