Very comfortable
This is the 2nd one of these that I have bought. It is lovely and soft and washes great in the washing machine. My dogs have one each and love laying on them. I put one in their bed and one on the sofa.

It is about as thick as a couple of fluffy blankets, which is fine for a dog, but other reviews I have read complain that it is not thick. By human standards it is not, but as I said, for a dog that is just as happy on the floor it is more than enough, in fact sometimes he shoves it out of the way and lies on the crate floor - maybe it is cooler that way? The main reason we bought it is to contain the wee until he is old enough to be house trained, so by using this he wets one end and sleeps at the other, so keeps him clean & dry.
