I have recently purchased a Thera-paw boot for my 11 year old Greyhound. She has a corn on her left front foot. To start with I used corn plasters, with tape round her toe to secure it in place. It worked quite well for a while, but lately she was limping so much that I was getting very worried. So I looked up corns in Greyhounds on the internet, they suggested the thera-paw boot. I followed the measuring instructions & then ordered one. I am so pleased that I did, as she can now come on longer walks with me & my other dog. I had to protect her leg where the Dew Claw is, as the boot has to be a reasonably tight fit for it to stay on, the claw was rubbing the skin & making it very sore. I use a small flat piece of cotton wool with microporous tape to hold it in place, under the dew claw, it works brilliantly. Thank you Internet, what would we do without it now.
Brilliant Boot
After having no success with a previous boot, and my dog has a very bad paw .. i thought i would give this one a go.. and I have to say its brilliant, shes worn it and its not fallen off, it fits tight enough to be comfortable, shes happy so am i. Also the delivery of this item was fantastic.. thanks Westcoast Hydrotherapy Ltd. i ordered this late one afternoon, and by the mornings post it had arrived.. can't ask for better.. would certainly recommend boot and using the seller
Dog Boots
I was needing to purchase protective boots for my 13 year old dog who suffers from arthritis as he had started trailing his back paws when he walked. I was told the delivery would take 7 working days but I actually received them within 4 working days which was wonderful. I have had experience before with dog boots as they would'nt stay on the paws, but these boots are absolutely great as they stay on and have helped my dog when he is out for a walk. I would recommend these boots as with having two lots of velcro and measuring my dogs paws really helped when choosing which ones to purchase.
