I would highly recommend this product.
The rake side of it is very efficient at getting poo off the grass. Even non-solid poops are dealt with easily.
Can now scoop poop without bending down or getting anywhere near it. I do find that I need to empty the scoop every 2-3 poo's (I have 2 large dogs) but if it was any larger would become harder to use.
The only thing that would improve this product would be some kind of hanging hook on the top of the handle, although it does stand up by itself on the ground when its clipped together.
Super easy poop collection!
I've had one of these for a few months now and have been delighted with it. We keep a bucket in the garden (double lined with carrier bags or a bin liner) and empty the poo into it. When full, we tie up the bag and put it in the wheelie bin for collection with the normal rubbish.
The device itself has long handles so you don't need to bend over to pick up the poop (which helps if you have back trouble or are put off by the smell!). It's easy and convenient to use and works like a long handled dustpan and brush. The 'brush' bit has two sides - one is smooth edged for scraping up the runny stuff and the other side is more like a rake to scrape up the solid deposits.

This scoop is great and works very well on short or 'needing a cut' grass using the forked side, and on the other side of this is a straight edge which I didn't know about from the picture, this is good for concrete paving. I have 3 dogs ranging from large to small so have alot of poop to scoop! The handle is long enough for me not to bend (I'm 5'6). I can get about 4 of the larger poops onto the shovel at once. The fork handle clips into a connector on the shovel handle and then the whole thing stands up on it's own. Each handle came in 2 parts which connect easily and securely. I find the product sturdy and very light to use. I would definately recommend this product.
Just so you know it's Feb 2013 now & I'm still using this product. It's left in an open garage or outside all year round.Occasionally the upper part feels abit wobbly as if it's coming loose but I just give it a light tap downwards & all is well again. Still think it's a great product :).
