My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel recently hurt himself jumping on to the bed. I saw what great reviews these steps had and thought they wouldn't be that good if they were bad so I'll give them a go.
As always with Amazon, the steps arrived incredibly fast. They require a little self-assembly, but nothing too strenuous. I managed it and I'm disabled with arthritis. Although I wouldn't want to take them down and put them up again too often, this is more because I would worry the joins...
Dog Steps
When they arrived I found them easy to assemble, I was worried they were too steep, they say you can't teach an old dog new tricks, but although nervous at first, he is now using them. I find his claws slip on the plastic edges, so would be much better with carpet to the edge, I am going to stick some on mine. Solved our problem though.
Great for big dogs
Saw this and read reviews and as we needed something for our 8 year old large rescue dog we went for it. At first he treated it with disdain and jumped up and down round it. After few days of "markie" training he can use it no problem and as he has bad legs it is a godsend. Would recommend it to anyone and as my dog is 40 kilos you can see it takes a heavy dog. Great buy
