The kennel looks very nice in the picture but when arrived is not what I expected for my money. The packaging or lack of packaging was the first shock, I am Head of Product management for Baxi Heaating in the UK and we ship in the Uk over 300,000 boilers so I know a little bit about ensuring the customers expectations of the product are met starting from the delviered state. No protection at all present which has resulted in the roof pannel being cracked, rain water ingress will no doubt soon follow! Next due to the lack of attention to packing the fittings pack was not in the box, so after you unpack it you are left with the wooden kennel panels in pieces while you go get your own screws.
You then are left with the next issue, none of the panels have pilot holes drilled, therefore if you attempt to screw the keenel together you WILL split the wood.
