I purchased this after having several enduring training problems with my 3 year old rescue lab, his recall was atrocious! Before I purchased this I was a little against their use and intended to only use the tone or vibrate functions. Anyway on with the review:
Great product and excellent customer service, I used it to sharpen up my dogs recall-he knew exactly what he is supposed to do when he is recalled however he would insist on 'dicking around' before eventually coming back in his own time, the recall went out the window when there were other dogs involved and he would on occasion run off hundreds of meters to go and play with another dog, this included running across roads, farmland etc...
I tried everything, treats, long-line training... you name it I tried it! I turned to one of these collars as a final solution: otherwise he would have to stay on a lead (pointless owning a dog...) Set to vibrate it eliminated his 'dicking about' on recall as it is enough...

It has 10 levels of vibration corrections and 99 levels of static intensity so that you can find the best correction type and level for your dog's temperament and the type of training you do.
