I think the product is amazing!! great for a shitzu dog fits perfectly with toys too ! and he loves it!, plenty of pockets and side compartment for water bowl and food :) the only down side was the delivery it did not turn up until well after the due date having said that the company enquired and reassured me plenty , I can't fault them on the customer service very helpful understanding and kind. over all great company great product. also it is very clear that this product is for small dogs obviously as you could not carry a big one and as for cats anyone knows if you put a cat in a soft carrier it would not be safe!! so those reviews are pointless to me do not judge this product on those types of reviews because it is very misleading to the quality of this product
