The collar arrived within 7 days which is amazing coz it came from the U.S, whereas stuff in england can take weeks!! but the collar just doesn't work, maybe on a smaller dog, but on my german shepard it really doesn't. I had such high gopes for the product because it's created by the dog whisperer and he's awesome and all, so I thought that it would work but it doesn't, ny dog just doesn't care, it was an exspensive collar aswell I should've just taken her training, it sure as hell would've been cheaper. If I were you I'd just save your money and take your dog to a training class!!
Not for strong dogs.
I bought this as a big fan of Cesar Millan. I have a lab cross who pulls very strongly on the lead. Unfortunately although it is of some help, it still does not help enough to control her pulling. As she has a long neck and fine fur it slips down to the bottom part of the neck, even though it's secured as tightly as possible, without strangling. She has learnt the trick that if she shakes her head and then pulls it will slip and then therefore not be at the top part of the neck. It's just not ridged enough for it to stay at the top.
