My dog loves it!
I have a 5 month old Doberman who when bored is a demon, the Nina Ottosson toys however seem to keep him occupied at least until the food is gone. My dog is very food motivated so he seems to love these types of games and it works well for mental stimulation. Being only a puppy I am not able to take him for long walks like I'd like until he is a bit older therefore these are great distractions!
This is one of the harder toys due to the bones being more flat however it never deters my dog and it is fun to challenge him with different things, I currently have 4 different interactive toys from this range and my dog seems to like them all!
Nina Otterman Brick Game - dogs love it!!
I bought this toy for my daughter's new labrador puppy who has very quickly learnt what to do and really enjoys it. We also tried it with other family dogs, a jack russell terrier, a patterdale terrier and a staffie cross who all learnt quickly to find the hidden treats. They now all take turns and are getting better at waiting until it is their turn!! We all enjoy the fun and I shall but another of these games soon. Chris
Not as good as some of the other ones
This is the third Nina Ottosson toy that I have bought for my 6 month lab, Molly. The other two toys, the brick and the tornado were brilliant and my pup loved them. She worked out fairly quickly what to do and has had hours of fun (and lots of food treats) playing with them.
This toy is as well made as the others, it is sturdy, high quality and looks brilliant. However, my pup found it much more difficult to get the treats from this particular toy. With the other two she only had to move a few things. The toy could be made more difficult by adding some plastic bones (supplied with the toy). Even on the more difficult level it didn't take her too long to work out what to do and get hold of the hidden treats.
With this toy though she quickly worked out how to take one treat, perhaps the middle one. She then moved the blocks one way to get the other treats say to the left. However, she then had no idea how to move all those blocks back so she could get back...
