Even if you dont plan to move it around it is a great option as it is very easy to clean. Very durable too with our little pup having tried to chew the corners. May need to be wedged against something else as someone else said it is v light and may get blown around in strong wind. But as I said very durable and well made, looks good too.

Very easy to assemble, but on the small side , my retriever is 6 mths old and is already to big for it, also the front entrance is to small, so I had to remove that just so my dog would want to go in it and even then he's not really keen...
