The soft tubular nylon webbing is a particular feature of Ruff Wear products, combining extra strength with comfort and the sturdy bar tack stitching reassures you that this collar will stand up to years of use and abuse.
By separating the ring for your dog's ID tag and the lead connector, the Hoopie Collar makes it much harder to connect the lead to the ID tag's split ring, which is a common cause of dog escapes. Split rings are not strong enough to take the strain if a dog decides to pull.
