It did provide quite a lot of entertainment (both for me and the cat), and arrived promptly. The only drawback is that it ate through the batteries quite quickly, which leaves you with one unhappy moggy. (I've subsequently found the petstages laser toy a lot better on batteries)

Great for exercising cats
Bought this as a toy to entertain my newly adopted cat. It's the first toy she loves and will always play with. She gets excited at the sound of me shaking the pen as she knows she gets to play "lazer".
The only faults I have is the batteries have a short life (this is possibly due to the length of time the lazer light is used) and that the button for the lazer is sometimes difficult to keep pressed on.
Despite these faults, this is a wonderful product for entertaining my beloved cat. I would recommend it to anyone with a cat, they will love you for it.
EDIT: Need to add that this item accidently ended up in my jacket pocket in the washing machine. I realised it was there after the first rinse cycle so it got a bit wet, but I dried it off and it still works. If you needed a test for sturdiness, that was it! So 5 stars from me after that experience!
