Well made...but NOT escape proof!
I have used car harnesses before and when our pup grew out of his last one, thought I would research and find the best on the market.I bought this car harness primarily for it's excellent safety testing. There is no doubt that the harness is well constructed and easy to fit.However, it has proved to be of no use what so ever for my almost full grown Border Terrier. We have used it three times now and on each occasion, he has managed to get out of it and be totally loose on the back seat and may I say without too much effort. He just seems to back out of it.Thought at first that I didn't have it correctly adjusted, but tightened it each time I put him in the car, but to no avail.The straps are as tight as they can go comfortably, any tighter would make the padded chest strap choke him when he sat down. So now despite spending a lot of money on this product I will have to go back to a cheaper one that I know will keep my dog safe. Beware if you have a slim dog. Perhaps they should...

Easy to fit even on my wriggly puppy. The small tether is the right length for my 6 month old Cavalier King Charles, but can see that bigger dogs would require a longer tether. I wonder whether I may need to get the longer tether when he grows more.

The neck strap was not adjustable, which meant that the harness flopped at the front and was not therefore suitable for my dog
