My spaniel just loves this ball. It's a great shape and weight for throwing long distances, and the small ball is just the right size for him to catch. He will play with this to the exclusion of all other toys. Over two years between us we have reached the third ball, but then rubber balls tend to come off worst in conflict with a lawn mower.
Would like to see a version without a squeaker tho'. It's not a big issue as we always remove squeakers from toys we get our dogs. The squeaker is 'self rewarding' for the dog so not helpful when we use the toy as a training aid.
