Bought this for our tiny dachshund puppy to keep her safe when we had to leave her alone. For the first few weeks it was fine and she loved running in and out of it in the garden when we were at home. She did however manage to remove the Velcro tabs, which secure the open doors, within days of having it. After a few weeks the door zip started to open up and could not always be secured safely. We reported this and were offered a replacement or a discount . As we could not manage to do without it we accepted the discount and secured the door by another means. She then managed to push her nose between the zip ends and escape, meeting us as the front door as we returned home. Next day she managed to tip it over causing the base to sag in and so chewed a hole in the base. This has now become a new game to her and despite a large amount of Gorilla tape to repair it she has chewed more holes. The zip has now gone altogether.
