I read about these in the Pets at Home magazine and thought what a wonderful idea. After looking on the Amazon I found this item sold by Wundapets - and I am so glad I did. I have a 16 year old dog who has a thick coat (even in the summer) and she travels along with my parents and our other dog to and from Wales and the cool pad is fantastic.
Thankfully it came the day before they went away and she lay on it all the way to Wales and I was told that it cooled her down significantly - I can't recommend it enough to anyone - I love this product and wish I had learnt about them earlier.
In fact I like them that much I have just ordered 3 more from Wundapets so that my other dog has a cooling pad in the car as well and they can then be used in the caravan. I have also bought 2 for my friend so that her dogs can travel comfortably in the car.
They are really good value for money - and I would recommend that anyone who has a dog (and other pets) buy one of...
