Great Product
Was a bit sceptical about this as I don't know what one decibel sounds like never mind 50 but it's actually not much louder than my hairdryer. Tried it for the first time and got the expected hysterical bucking bronco impersonation which usually accompanies anything they dont want to do but once they got used to it both of them relaxed and by the time I used it for the second time they just lay there and let me get on with it. I have Chow Chows which are medium sized dogs with thick longish coats and this has cut the drying by at least half. It gets right down to the base of the coat and allows me to dry them thoroughly. Chows can be prone to having a sort of 'crimped'look if they are not dried thoroughly and this eliminated this problem totally leaving them soft fluffy and fabulous looking.
defective heat settings?
Arrived promptly! Easy set up! Not as noisy as expected which is good, power of airflow is good. Filter system - you have to watch as small inlet gets blocked with hair very quickly. HOWEVER, the heat settings? What 'heat' settings? No matter where the switch is turned to a mild heat is emitted! - No difference when you move the 'heat' switch. Contacted seller - let's see if anything gets resolved! A pity about the heat settings as I thought that this product would suit my dog grooming salon for better efficiency!
Very pleased with this blaster
I bought this dog blaster/dryer for my two Bichon Frise I groom myself. It is a very powerful dryer, I used the first setting to dry my dogs and the first heat setting.
