I received this item today, only two days after ordering. When I received it, I tried it out but I found the water dripped out too slowly, so when I come to use it, it will be easier and quicker for me to unscrew the bottle from the tray and just pour some water into it. However, I do think it is excellent value for money. Bargain!!! :)
Good price, but you get what you pay for.
This product is supplied with an attached man-made cord which is looped through a hole at the apex of the "Dog Drinker" tray, however the cord is not shown in the Amazon image. One would assume a cord of this nature is an addition to assist only in the transportation of a product such as this, sadly though this cord serves another purpose which is to stop the bottle from leaking. If you were to carry the "Dog Drinker" by the cord it will remain in a vertical position and will not leak through the outlet. Try inverting the bottle and it will drip very quickly, making it unsuitable for packing in a rucksack etc.
To get any water into the tray you must squeeze the bottle, have patience when doing so as the hole in the valve is so small it will only allow a small quantity of water to pass at any one time.
So far I have only mentioned negative points about this product, but the product does have benefits e.g. the fact that it has a handy integral drinking tray as opposed to...
