Better for mutts
My dog was getting a little porky, wanted to still be able to give her a treat without it being bad for her. She loves them.
Fudge says yes please
My King Charles Spaniel is not chubby but a greedy boy and at 13 months he is a busy dog
We have lots of district nurses daily at home so to make sure he is on his best behaviour
I keep a box of mixed treats by my chair
I even break them in half to go into his kong ball so they last a bit longer
She says they're yummy
My dog is not chubby, nor has she ever been, but at 5 1/2 she has developed spondylosis and as such her weight must be kept healthily low, while also not being able to be as active as she used to be - so diet is important. I bought these treats when the dried liver I used to give her was running low, and so far (a week of getting a treat when she gets her lead on at the end of a walk) they seem to be a popular choice.
They're pretty small treats, just right for my dog (a Cocker spaniel) - I certainly wouldn't want them any bigger, and if they were I'd be halving them! At around
