A good cat carrier
This seems like a good cat carrier. It folds flat easily and is quite sturdy. I'm glad that I got this larger size, it seems just right, so I think I would have found the smaller one to be too small. One thing that I would note is that the top opening fastens with velcro at one end and if your pet is really set on escaping then it might be able to get out. I haven't had a problem with it though.
Great value for money
The only thing that would make this product better value, is if it had some padding inside for the pet. This carrier is sturdy, holds it's shape (unlike others I've had in the past which bow at the top dipping down in to the pet's space) excellent size (suite a large cat or small dog) but could benefit from some cushioning inside to give the pet something soft to sit on and grip when moving around. I put a towel or small blanket inside when using mine so my cats aren't sliding around. The top and side zips are great and the mesh on 3 sides means my pet can see where it's going and is less stressed when traveling.
Mouldy!
I was quite horrified to arrive home after carting this bag back from work only to discover that it was covered with patches of furry, white mould.
The bag itself looked fit for purpose, but I felt disgusted by the state of this item, and saddened at the thought of someone, for instance, with impaired sight putting an animal in without being able to see the mould.
Unacceptable.
