Very poor quality
I agree with the other review. I bought them for my two dogs and also bought spare covers for them. The inners were flat within a couple of weeks of the dogs lying on them. Spare covers are not required as the duvets do not last long enough to need them! I too contacted Danish Design regarding this and was asked to send photo's. They tried to make out I had been using them for longer than I claimed (I had purchased them a few months before using) but eventually gave in and replaced the inner cushions very reluctantly. The replacements were the same, flat within a few weeks. Have given them 2 stars only because they look attractive. If you want a bed for your dog that is going to last longer than a few weeks, then don't buy this one
Change in quality
We have used these beds for about 5 years - they have always gone flat quite quickly but the covers stood up well . However the last 2 we bought the covers gave way within 2 weeks - holes in them and through to the mattress - when we contacted the company they said it was our dogs fault - well our lab is 7 and he is very quiet and sleeps in one position all night ! We think the quality had changed and will not be buying more . We were also disappointed in Danish Designs response considering we have bought quite a few if these beds over the years .
