Our 12 year old boy had started suffering weakness in his back legs when getting up or trying to jump up to us,visits to the vets and various medications have worked short term but not wanting him to be on drugs before it's absolutely necessary, we bought him his 'magic collar'.
After less than a week we noticed that he started jumping up and joining us on the sofa as he used to and that he no longer moans in the morning when standing up. He is always ready for his walks and even so excited standing on his back legs for his lead to be put on.
We have just returned from a few days away and to see him running on the beach with our younger dog was very emotional for us, just like the old days.
I am not naive enough to think that he will be with us forever, but I am hopeful that his twilight years can stay as comfortable for him as he seems to be now.

Surprisingly effective!
Our 14 year old American Cocker spaniel was diagnosed with arthritis in his back right leg and after having taken the prescribed course of non-inflammatory tablets was struggling to walk and get around. We tried Arnica tablets and Glucosamine, but the dog did not seem to respond. As very much a last resort we purchased a Magno-Mutt (what a dreadful product name!!) and within 6 hours of putting it on the dog he showed definite signs of improvement!
We don't understand how the magnetic collar works, but our beloved dog really is MUCH improved. He is not cured (he never will be), but he is much more lively, has found a new lease of life and he can even climb up and down the stairs - something he could not have done before using the Magno-Mutt collar.
Today he enjoyed a 3 mile walk, albeit at his own 'stately' pace, but 4 weeks ago he would have struggled to walk 3 yards from the back door!

Disappointing
I bought this collar for my eight year old terrier, who has the start of arthritis in his spine and hips. He is already on Metacam (painkiller) and takes green lipped mussel supplement which undoubtedly do help him. However I had hoped that adding the Magno Mutt collar as well would have shown some further improvement. Unfortunately it does not appear to have made a scrap of difference and he has been using it for several weeks now.
