I ordered the wrong size but had no problem whatsoever changing it. Timmy, my daughter's labrador puppy aged 9 months, loves his new coat. He is a lucky boy because now he will be nice and cosy. ordered this for my very tiny chihahua, looks like a lovely coat But the back bit just wont sit flat & sticks up - letting all the cold & rain straight through! it would be better if they had 2 smaller straps along the back than just 1, also the elastic just looks really uncomfortable anyway. the next size up is too big for her so for me it was just a waste of money! & as i had to remove the tags to try the coat on the dog (tags are so big i could not try it on her with them attached - But i still had the tags) i was told i could return it for an exchange But would cost me the same as getting another coat - didn't see the point of that to be honest!! i'm better off losing my money on this & just getting another then!!
