Excellent sollution to quick eaters!
Before I bought this bowl my dog would almost literally inhale her food. Meal times rarely lasted longer than a few seconds as she would eat like I'd never fed her before! I bought this bowl from my local pet shop and from the first meal there was an immediate improvement. With the plastic lumps and bumps in the way she was unable to steam right in but instead had to nibble gently between them and lick the rest from the bottom of the bowl. Better still, once she'd gotten bigger and I had to up her meals I had to move her onto a normal bowl, and she ate perfectly! Even without the obstacles she still to this day eats slowly. I would definately recommend this bowl to anyone who's concerned about their dog eating too fast, even if other techniques don't work (I tried scatter feeding, putting water in with her food etc, nothing else worked). However I would recommend while the bowl is still new to the dog to make sure the food doesn't cover the plastic in the bowl to that the dog doesn't...
