Boomer ball
I have a lively 4 yr old staffy who loves playing football unfortunatley she also enjoys popping the balls as well so the fun stops as soon as this happens . Not anymore now we have this boomer ball , she plays for hours with it chasing it around a big field , the only problem we have found with it is it tends to be a bit sharp in places and can leave little cuts on the dogs nose , but i just rub down with a bit of sand paper . All in all well worth the money i paid for it . Would recomend if your dog is like mine in popping any football they get .

I have 2 Staffordshire Bull Terries who destroy every to I get them. I've Tried lots of different types from the kong to the Hurley Indestructible Dog Toy. Both lasted longer than most other toys, but nothing compares to the Boomer Ball.
It also allows you to get as involved in your dogs play time as much or as little as you like.
If your feeling energetic, you can have a game of football with your best friend or if your feeling lazy, just leave them to it and they entertain themselves.
It does get scuffed and gets a few chew marks on it, but any sharp bits on it can be easily smoothed with sand paper or a file.
For a Staff sized dog, I have a 6" which is great when i have one dog on her own, and a 8" which is good when the two dogs want to play together.
I cant recommend this toy highly enough.
Buy one for fun - but be careful
Well worth the money. Finally found something my terriers can't "kill". I bought a 4 inch ball, and a 6 inch. My border terrier can get her teeth into the smaller one, and damaged it, but the larger ball will last for years. The boomer balls are lighter than I expected, and they don't bounce.
They can be difficult to pick up after being used, because they get thoroughly coated in dog drool - lovely.
UPDATE: I can't be entirely sure, but I think that this ball has caused broken teeth in both of my dogs, and they'll need treatment. They were always supervised when playing, and we didn't play with the ball regularly or for more than 20 minutes at a time. So I'd just like to say be careful.
