this is a good quality, very sturdy set. In just a short time using it I notice far fewer people letting their dogs romp over to mine &, better yet, fewer folk trying to pat my dog! She's very shy of people & is frightened by such attempts to pat her. I much prefer being able to pick the times (& the people) for introductions & this TRAINING set helps make that possible.
The leash & collar are advertised for Medium / Large dogs. I only wish the leash had 2 attachment hooks to choose from: one end with a hook for Large breed dogs & the other a hook for Medium breeds. As it is, the metal swivel hook found at both ends is very weighty for my Standard Poodle's neck. She's not a small dog, but she is very slender. Many shepherds & labs are similar in size & so I thought the lead would suit her as a Medium dog. It doesn't.
Fantastic idea and customer service.
This is SUCH a good idea for a product, and I can't understand why it hasn't been thought of before. I bought this as my large "puppy" is very over-excited with other dogs and owners never give me space when I'm out with him. Since buying the collar/lead combo, I have only had 2 people let their dogs run over to mine - everyone else has given me plenty of space. My trainer thinks it's a fantastic idea too, and a few people have asked where I got it from.
The collar I bought was faulty though, but after emailing them yesterday about it they're sending me a replacement out tomorrow. Excellent people, pleasure to deal with. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

This is a great contribution to the general education of the wider public when train ing any young dog. I have been left alone far more and less interupted.
The quality is very good and robust, whilst the dog looked like a version of fort knox at first in all her finery it soon was made clear that no element of teaching and control was not achieveable with ease and simple direction and sucess was easily shared by the pup and myself.
When the long lead was slung over my shoulder we looked a pair and it was clear what we were about from a good distance.
Adaptations and options a plenty and A great days training was had by all.
Long term trial has me finding the slip style collar a bit of a bind to use for regular on/off application, would be ok for fixed use but I prefer to apply collar only when needed.
