Excellent fly trap
I've tried at least three different fly traps to get rid of the fly problem we have this summer, and this product is so far the best one. I set this trap at the bottom corner of a window, and it collected good number of flies that almost covered the surface within two weeks (we have cow/sheep field close to our house).
Also as manufacturer claimed, it is nice to have the insects collected hidden behind the trap, and not directly visible to people's eyes (particularly for guests).
Another benefit is that the adhesive part that contacts to a window is significantly smaller than other fly trap products, so I expect to have less hassle when removing it.
I am thinking of repeating the order again to get some more.
Just one thing to be careful of is not to have the actual trap part contacting a window, by accidentally pushing it.
Works well
These do collect a fairly large amount of flies (I'm surprised every time I take a peek at how many are stuck to the back of the paper), and it's so much nicer not to have to see the dead flies, as you can with the usual sunflower-style window stickers. I've definatley noticed a decrease in the amount of flies flying around my house, which is great! Since they tend to bob around the windows it's a safe bet that sooner or later the little critters will find themselves glued to this (as do moths and things). I also think that, for removal, these stickers will be easier to remove, having only a thin strip of glue holding them to the window creating the 'open book' effect. Just don't stick them to anything that's not glass (I did by accident), it will pull the paint off.
My only negative point is to say, the pattern tends to look a bit dated, like something you might expect to find at your Grandmother's house, but it's a small price to pay. Can't complain really!
Best for the job
Brilliant product for an unpleasant job. Really easy to use, you don't get your fingers covered in sticky smelly goo like with some other products (fly papers in particular ... yuk) and they are attached and removed in seconds. Most importantly, they catch loads of flies! It's a nice bonus that the flies are largely hidden from view by the pretty flower design. We rate this product so highly, I'm just placing our third order. We have given up using fly papers and all those round sunflower stickers which flies at our house at least completely ignore. This is a better solution in every way. Highly recommended.
