I find the idea of a ball launcher is fab! You dont have to pick up the ball which is good because theres nothing worse then a ball covered in slobber! You can pick the ball up with the launcher and throw it easy.
Total crap
The said item arrived after a week and the handle broke first throw. Not much in monetary terms but why should anyone tolerate being sold rubbish just because they associate themselves with Amazon. I contacted the company and received a very courteous reply assuring me a replacement would be dispatched that same day. Nothing after two weeks so I contacted the company again and received the same disarming assurance. So here we are, weeks later, having paid my hard earned money over only to be ignored and ripped off. Happy with the product and supplier? How would you feel. Complete shambles. My suggestion would be, go to a local shop and look at what your buying first.
Rubbish
Prompt delivery but this thrower is rubbish. The handle snapped on the first throw. On inspection the plastic is very brittle and broke with very little force on the thickest part of the handle. Don't buy it! Not fit for purpose! Jon
