I don't know what it is about the design of this collar - I read reviews and could not find a positive one but I needed a little bark control collar for my little dog and Petsafe is the only manufacturer of such small devices. I use a different make of collar for my golden lab and find it incredibly useful and I'm also pleased with a Petsafe training collar, which is well made.
This collar never really worked; the spray leaked constantly out of one of the apertures, making it useless. I was so disappointed as it's a good-looking product and didn't weigh very much, but clearly if the reviews are to be believed, there are some design issues.
Totally Ineffective
Put this on my yappy terrier and it had no effect whatsoever.The only thing it did was make the house smell of the spray because it was going off every couple of seconds.It might work on more sensitive dogs but feisty terriers absolutely not
Not worth it
Got two and one broke within a week and the other was thrown in the corner as it was rubbish and did not work. I'm sure the dog was laughing when he seen it. Coming.
