Poor product
I bought this tag for my puppy's first birthday, it was so pretty to look at and with engraving included in the price I thought great value. The item arrived promptly and matched the description. I was pleased with my purchase and placed the tag on my pup's collar. Unfortunately within two weeks it was starting to become tarnished, within the month, 2 of the gemstones are missing and some of the engraving (essential requirement under law) has worn away!
This tag is unfortunately not fit for day to day purposes. It is a shame cos is a pretty looking tag, but that is all that it is. I have reverted to her old tag for now and will check more carefully before picking out a new one!

Engraving is OPTIONAL, BUT if you DO NOT require engraving please let us know this by following the instructions below.
1) Engraving on this tag can be done on the front and back.
2) Max Engraving: FRONT: 2 Lines of 11 Characters per line Including Spaces. BACK: 5 Lines of 15 Characters Per Line Including Spaces.
3) Add item to your basket, and then under the "Proceed to Checkout" button make sure there is a tick in the box that states "This will be a gift"
4) Continue through and when you reach the Gift Wrap / Message page type your engraving instructions into the "Free Gift Message Box" on the right. This will then be engraved onto your item NOT on a card.
Please Note: When leaving your engraving please use a # to indicate a new line (The #'s WONT be engraved!) We also cut and paste your engraving text to the machine, so please double check all spelling before submitting it to us!
