My 18 month old Bichon Frise is a power chewer and nothing lasts longer than a few seconds with him. He had the Crazy Critter fox on Christmas morning, within minutes the squeakers had stopped squeaking but the toy was largely intact. A few days after Christmas he started to pull at the ears until one came off. Yesterday he pulled out one of the squeakers and chewed the other ear off. The rest is largely intact.
In terms of value for money this is the first toy that has actually lasted him any time since he was out of puppy stage.
The squeakers need to be a lot thicker and more robust and not as easy to remove. Apart from that its an excellent toy and I am going to buy him another one when this is completely destroyed. I am still giving it 5/5 because, although it isn't perfect, it has withstood the destruction tactics of my dog which for a medium-sized dog have to be seen to be believed.
