I must admit, i was slightly disappointed when i realised that, although the bed was as thick as described, it wasn't very firm at all, it bulged right out at the corners when he settled into it and he seems to have a bit of a wobble getting up and out of it.
Despite this, i gave it a try myself (yes i lay on the bed!) and both myself and my partner ended up lying on it for a good ten minutes because it was so comfy!
So although it has a few points that could be improved, all in all, the dog seems to like it immensely and looks comfortable enough lying on it and we certainly thought it was comfortable so i am happy enough with it.
