It looks good in the picture until it arrives and you realise that under that plastic lid on top is.... the plastic of the dispenser. The description on Amazon says "Simply lift the top of the reserve and fill with water". Maybe it's just me but I was expecting a professionally cut out circle where I could remove the lid, pour in the water & replace the lid, but alas the only way in is to take out a Stanley knife (not supplied) and cut a hole into the tough plastic. This therefore means that you now can't send it back for a refund. After digging, cutting and scraping a suitably sized hole, I poured the water into the dispenser from a kitchen measuring jug, only for it to immediately race into the bowl where it rose to the top and flooded the floor. I can see no way of ever being able to have any water in the dispenser without it flooding out of the bowl. It may be OK for feeding Kibble as that isn't self levelling, unlike water and the larger pieces would block up the flow hole...
