Not as good as it looks
This product took ages to come and when it did I was disappointed. It didn't fit as well as I'd hoped on my two miniature dachsunds. It was adjustable but kept slipping off their shoulders. When I took the lead off the clip. The adustable piece still attached to the harness was waving about and I had to tuck it in to the harness which seemed to bother my dogs
Great fit. Can be left on when off the lead
I am really really pleased with this item. The harness is very light and looks comfortable. It can be left on when the dog is off the lead which I have not found with other non pull harnesses because they can sag once the dog is not putting tension on the harness and others often have really long 'anti pull slack' which can whip around when off the lead. The harness came with a nice slim lead which has a reflective strip down the centre so powerful that in normal daylight it looks UV purple.
My dog is small (jack russell X)and doesn't pull powerfully. I can't honestly recommend it's anti pull features for a larger dog but it does deter her in a painless way. The clip to choose how much slack to give is really strong. Again, not a feature I have found replicated in other non-pull harnesses which sometimes use a plastic coat toggle which can be moved with pressure. My dog is much happier now than with her head collar (which usually I'd be full of praise for). She used to...
