Great bed for a medium/large dog
My lab cross dog loves this bed - he hadn't had a plastic bed before, having a blanket on a mat in the hall to sleep on. However when I got rid of the mat his blanket was spreading about all over the place and I decided it was time to try him with a proper dog bed (he destroyed his first beds which were the padded stuffed mattress kind). I opted for a strong plastic one as it has raised sides, was easily cleanable and would contain a blanket whilst giving a feel of an enclosed den space. After about 5 minutes of barking and removing his blanket out initially(!) he happily jumped in after a few treats and that was that, the next time I looked he was curled up in there quite comfortably, looking totally relaxed as though he'd had it for years! I was worried he might chew it but so far so good, he even manages to stretch out to some degree, hanging his legs/feet/head over the edges and seeming perfectly happy. So a big thumbs up to this bed, which is well made, sturdy and looks like...

I already had the 40 winks liner but it was in another brand plastic bed, which it didn't fit to well. These really are much better if using 40winks liners as they are deeper and allow my dog to snuggle up in true luxury. Can't fault this in any way. My dog is 3yrs and doesn't chew.
