confusing instructions
Received item nice and quick,great.putting together was a different story! My poor husband spent an hour assembling all the bits putting it together.Instructions not at all clear.Would i reccomend No.worth spending out a bit more on a stronger one.

Did not have the part that I required which gave a 45 angle. Too many little parts. Instructions are confusing

I wrote feedback on this item as I was very disapointed with a complaint I had, but I have just been telephoned by the company and I am totally satisfied as the problem I had has been taken notice of for future buyers, my complaint was that holes were not drilled out on the larger pole even though there were indentations and marks where the holes should have been, therefore a 2 min job took me over 3 hours to work out the problem and get someone to drill the holes for me, as it said in the description no tools required, this is in fact wrong, the e-mail I had back was quite abrupt telling me no holes are required, I wrote a very negative feedback and was contacted and they have now agreed to address the problem.
I was delighted the item came the very next day after ordering, it is of high quality and thank goodnees fits perfectly in my car and does not rattle like others I have bought, and has not worked loose, would highly reccomend this item and I will definately be using this...
