I bought 2 of these flashing tags one for each of my dogs, the 2nd time we used the heart shaped tag the on/off button broke off. I e mailed the seller who told me to change the battery ????? when I repeated that the switch had broken off she said she'd send me a replacement. No replacement received so I e mailed the Seller again to remind them they were going to send a replacement. This time No replacement No reply!! Great customer services!! No I certainly would not recommend this seller to a friend.
