This item came when due and was not broken or missing any parts, so very happy with delivery etc.
The item itself came with instructions and a DVD, which we watched and found easy to follow. The pump did take a long time to work, but it said it might in the DVD and we followed the instruction several times and it worked eventually.
We have two dogs ( a Beagle and a Cockapoo), which are of medium build and need to pick up after them a lot, hence the reason for buying this. So far so good, this morning I cleared up 6 poos with it ok, on uneven grass, it took a couple of times for some, but that just might be me getting used to it. One moist one I just managed to squash into ground but again might have been my fault. We are not expecting miricales and expect to use a few more bags than they say due to having the two dogs. If it helps with the majority of the poos I will be more than happy and am delighted that the bags are biodegradable too.

Thank goodness I bought this Dooup! It's made my life so much easier. It took me a little while to work out how to use it but once I'd watched the DVD and read the instructions I was scooping my dog's poop easily and hygienically! I'm so much happier with my niece and nephew playing in the garden now. A must for dog owners especially with children!!!
