This item was a great help when walking the dog during winter, eg in the dark as it meant he could be seen with the flashing off and on. Only hitch was that after a good few uses the plastic grip whihc you push the end into to link the collar again once it's on the dog seemed to lose it's grip on the actual rubber collar, meaning that it was prone to falling off while dog was moving. Eventually consigned to the bin after coming off once to often, but it was great while it lasted. Could have left it on all the time were the dog less inclined to try and paw it off and chew it I suppose. Overall probably no more than 5 out of 10.
