Stopped my border collie barking
I have a one year old Border Collie who had recently become a little skittish and was barking at her own reflection in the dark windows, chairs scraping against the floor and other unexpected sounds. She was winding herself up and getting agitated with her own barking (as well as being really, really annoying) so I thought I'd try this.
I've had it a few weeks now and I think it's brilliant. I have set it at medium and on vibrate and I can really see the effect it has on her. The high-pitched tone works too, but the vibrate seems to be better. It also seems to set itself off when it gets hit, which means when she jumps up against the chicken shed and yanks her head back, it goes off then too (I expect the action is similar to a barking motion).

Life changing!!
Wow, this really has made a difference to our lives.
We have a 4 year old miniature dachshund, who has a deep, loud bark and enjoys barking at anything that walks past our house. As soon as a dog, or a person walks past the end of our drive he goes crazy barking, running to our low level window and barking frantically.
