My dog has very long hair and is very difficult to groom. He gets very anxious and begins to snap at you. I try to brush him in short bursts, but as a result he has some huge matts of hair that need breaking up. I have tried this tool, but in the video I watched that showed how to use it, the dogs matts were nothing compared to those my dog has! It does work, but not as effectively or as efficiently as I was led to believe from the content of the video.
