waterproof but in need of several adjustments.
i bought this dog coat for my rather lanky sprocker spaniel, who hates going out in the rain and always comes back in soaking wet, freezing cold and thoroughly unhappy. as it rains a lot here in devon (particularly over the last 6 months or so) i have decided that she needs a bit of help with waterproofing.

positives

- it is waterproof! tested in heavy downpour and dog came back far drier than i did (turns out my coat is not so waterproof any more)
- it is fluorescent yellow with a reflective band - quite a handy colour for any road work we do, we don't do a lot, but when we do i where florescents, so now she can too :)
- it has a chest piece, which not only helps it not to slide off, but it also means her belly gets less wet

negatives (and ways it can be improved - so constructive criticism)

- the chest piece could do with being adjustable, as my dog isn't very deep in the chest and it bows a lot in the front, i am going to have...

This is a fantastic coat. Fits very well and easy to put on. My black mini schnauzer looks very smart. Many wonderful comments. Kept him warm in the snow and did not hinder play. Great product!!
