Poor service and then rubbish bottles
Well, first of all I ordered this and all that came was an empty plastic bottle. After an 'investigation' I finally received the full item several weeks later (by which time i'd already bought another cleaner). Anyway, thought I'd give it try. The first time I used it the on/off twisty bit on the end of the spray nozzle came off in my hand and would not go back on. I transferred the liquid into the original bottle they'd sent and the same thing happened. I have since put it into an emply cif bottle that I had. It's a shame as the tablets themselves work very well - my advice is just buy the tablets and don't pay the extra for a cheap useless bottle.
Did not remove the smell from cat vomit stain
This product did not really work at all on the odour from a cat vomit stain. The smell did decrease initially but then returned as bad as ever within hours. I have tried re-treating the stain but, again, the smell fades initially then returns within an hour or so (suggesting that the product just initially masks the smell but doesn't actually remove it).
