I would definitely not recommend this seller. The whistle is stated to be new, but in fact it is clearly used. It arrived loose in the postal envelope with no protective covering. With it is a card which looks like it once had a plastic bubble in which the whistle was contained - it has a couple of loose staples hanging out which presumably once attached the protective cover to the card. The card has instructions for use, one of which has been marked with a star written in biro by the previous user. One star is one star too many for this lot!
