We bought this harness for our Dalmatian-mix, since he managed to get out of every other one we had before. He's been wearing it daily since July 2010 and it's still in good shape. The reflectors are a bit worn off by now, but that's normal considering the amount of use and that it's also been laundered a few times now. The handle on the back is very practical, e.g. if you have to pull your dog out of a bog (...).
The dog seems to be very comfy in the harness, which allows him to move freely despite its compact design, and is even able to curl up or swim in it.
The only flaw in my opinion is that the straps come loose quite quickly when the dog pulls on the leash. Even though he still cannot get out of the harness then, one should not have to adjust the straps on a regular basis.
